About Mindfulness & More

---

Hi! I"m Vanessa Fox, a certified Angel Empowerment Practitioner™  A creative and nurturing Pisces Sun, Cancer Rising, Virgo Moon woman who values integrity, sincerity, and authenticity.

I strive to see the best in others, enjoy genuine connections, and encourage growth and self-discovery.

I find joy in nurturing those around me, offering love, support, and wisdom in both the small moments and life’s greater journeys. Whether I'm caring for my family, focusing on my daily tasks, tending to my pets and plants, or simply being present for others, I cherish the connections that bring warmth, growth, and meaning to everyday life.

I am often reminded to shine my light. So here I am, shining my light, offering my gifts, and being my highest authentic self. I give thanks to the people who see me and support me in my authenticity.

Spirituality has always been a part of my life. I believe in a higher power that lovingly guides us all. Whether known as God, the Universe, Source or whatever you choose to call it, this divine presence surrounds and supports us all. I also believe that angels offer guidance, protection, and reassurance throughout our lives.

My goal is to empower you on your journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. Through mindfulness, spiritual and intuitive connection,  I offer guidance and insight to help you strengthen your connection with your own inner wisdom and move through life with greater clarity and confidence.

As your journey unfolds, I bridge the intuitive with the practical, offering insight that supports real movement in your life. The guidance I offer is typically grounded, clear, and meant to be applied to your everyday experiences, helping you feel clearer, more aligned, and more empowered in your life.

You were never meant to carry it all alone. Trust that the divine places helpers along your path for a reason. If you’re reading this, maybe I’m one of them.

With Gratitude - Vanessa

• Energy shielding techniques
• Chakra balancing and past life healing
• Intuitive mediumship
