Welcome to Mindfulness & More Inc. By using this website, booking, purchasing, attending, or receiving a service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 

Services

Mindfulness & More Inc. offers spiritual and intuitive services, including Angel Card Readings, consultations, astrological guidance, mindfulness offerings, graphic design services, selected products, digital content, and astrology and mindfulness blog content.

Online Services
Services may be provided in person or online, including by phone, Messenger, Zoom, email, or other agreed method. Mindfulness & More Inc. is not responsible for delays, interruptions, technical issues, platform outages, poor internet connection, device failure, or other circumstances outside its control that affect online services.

Graphic Design Services
Graphic design services may include branding, logos, layouts, print materials, digital materials, website visuals, social media graphics, and related creative work. Project scope, timelines, pricing, revisions, file delivery, and usage rights will be set out in writing where applicable. Final design files, editable files, source files, and transfer of rights are only included where expressly stated.

Client Content and Approvals
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final content, spelling, wording, images, and layouts before use, printing, posting, or publication. Mindfulness & More Inc. is not responsible for errors approved by the client, or for issues arising from client-supplied text, images, logos, instructions, or third-party materials. 

Design Rights and Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mindfulness & More Inc. retains the right to display completed design work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials. Ownership and usage rights for custom design work will be governed by the written agreement for that project. 

Bookings

Booking times and prices may vary and are subject to change without notice. Each booking is valid for one person only. Additional persons require separate bookings unless otherwise stated in writing.

Digital Products

Personalized digital products, including astrology guidebooks, reports, and other custom digital offerings, are created using the information provided by the purchaser. To complete an order, the purchaser must provide accurate required details, which may include full name, date of birth, exact time of birth, place of birth, and a valid email address for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary by product and will be as stated at the time of purchase. Personalized digital PDF guidebooks are generally delivered by email within 7–14 business days once all required information is received.

Due to the personalized nature of these digital offerings, sales are final, subject to applicable law. Prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Personal information submitted for a digital order will be collected, used, and stored only as reasonably necessary to prepare, process, communicate about, and deliver the purchased product or service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Digital products, including astrology guidebooks, reports, and related content, are provided for informational, educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. No specific outcome, interpretation, or result is promised or guaranteed.

Payments

Payment is accepted by cash, Interac e-Transfer (CAD), PayPal, Square, or any other payment method listed at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of the Angel Card Reading or as otherwise stated at checkout.

Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Services, content, blog posts, consultations, and other offerings are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only and are intended to offer personal insight and guidance. They do not provide or replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. 

Personal Responsibility

All decisions and actions taken following a reading, consultation, product purchase, or use of website content remain the sole responsibility of the client or website user. No specific result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Respectful Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

Mindfulness & More Inc. is committed to providing services in a respectful and non-discriminatory manner. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service where conduct is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

Voluntary Participation

By booking, purchasing, attending, or receiving a service, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily receiving the applicable service and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 

Limitation of Liability

Mindfulness & More Inc., its owners, operators, associates, guests, and contributors are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense, including financial loss, arising from the use of this website, its content, its products, or its services.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While care is taken to respect privacy and confidentiality, information may be collected, used, stored, and disclosed where reasonably required for booking, communication, service delivery, payment processing, legal compliance, or protection of rights.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, images, downloads, blog posts, and materials, is the property of Mindfulness & More Inc. unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. 

Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
