Services & Products
Mindfulness & More Inc. offers spiritual, intuitive, creative, and digital services and products. These may include Angel Card Readings, consultations, mindfulness offerings, astrological guidance, graphic design, website design and support, digital content, educational and spiritual resources, and selected physical and digital products.
Physical products may include items such as candles, calendars, journals, Angel and Oracle cards, spiritual and mindfulness products, gifts, accessories, tea, and other wellness or lifestyle products.
Services, products, pricing, and availability may change or expand from time to time.
Angel Card Readings & Spiritual Services
Angel Card Readings and other spiritual or intuitive services are intended to provide personal insight, reflection, guidance, and support.
Readings may incorporate Angel Cards, Oracle Cards, intuitive guidance, mindfulness practices, affirmations, mediumship, pendulum guidance, astrological insight, Angelic Healing Modalities, or other spiritual practices where appropriate.
Every session is unique. No particular message, experience, outcome, or result is promised or guaranteed.
Online Services
Services may be provided in person or remotely, including by phone, Messenger, Zoom, email, or another mutually agreed method.
Mindfulness & More Inc. is not responsible for delays, interruptions, internet connection issues, platform outages, device failures, software problems, or other technical circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Where appropriate, reasonable efforts may be made to reschedule or complete a service affected by a significant technical interruption.
Bookings
Appointment times, availability, service durations, and prices may vary and are subject to change. Unless otherwise stated, each Angel Card Reading booking is for one person only. Additional participants require separate bookings or prior approval. Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.
Payments
Payment may be accepted by cash, Interac e-Transfer in Canadian dollars, PayPal, Square, or another payment method offered at the time of booking or purchase. Payment for Angel Card Readings is due at the time of the reading unless otherwise stated.
Graphic design, website, digital, or other project-based services may require deposits, retainers, milestone payments, or full payment according to the terms provided for the individual project. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final and non-refundable unless a different refund or cancellation policy is provided for a specific service, product, or project, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Personalized services, custom creative work, downloadable products, and work that has already been started, completed, or delivered may be non-refundable. Any cancellation or rescheduling requirements provided at the time of booking will also apply.
Graphic Design & Website Services
Mindfulness & More Inc. may provide graphic design, website design, website updates, landing pages, digital design, branding assistance, marketing materials, social media graphics, and related creative services.
The scope, pricing, timelines, revisions, deliverables, and payment requirements for creative projects may be established separately through a quote, invoice, email, written agreement, or other project communication.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication or final delivery, including spelling, names, dates, prices, links, contact information, images, and other materials. Once work has been approved for publication or delivery, Mindfulness & More Inc. is not responsible for errors that were present in materials approved by the client unless otherwise agreed.
Project timelines may be affected when required content, information, approvals, access credentials, payment, or feedback are not provided in a timely manner.
Client-Provided Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any photographs, logos, text, trademarks, graphics, videos, fonts, music, or other materials they provide for use in a project.
Mindfulness & More Inc. is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, privacy, or other claims resulting from materials supplied or specifically requested by a client.
Third-Party Platform Services
Mindfulness & More Inc. may use or work with third-party services for website hosting, domains, bookings, payments, email, communications, social media, printing, design, or other business functions.
Mindfulness & More Inc. does not control and is not responsible for third-party pricing, policies, outages, platform changes, account restrictions, technical issues, security practices, or functionality.
Clients remain responsible for their own third-party accounts, subscriptions, domain registrations, hosting fees, platform fees, software licenses, and other external costs unless specifically included in a written agreement.
Website, Marketing & Business Results
Graphic design, website, branding, and marketing services are intended to improve presentation, communication, usability, and visibility.
Mindfulness & More Inc. does not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, website traffic, leads, bookings, sales, social-media engagement, revenue, or other business results.
Digital Products
Mindfulness & More Inc. may offer digital products including downloadable guides, journals, calendars, astrology materials, mindfulness resources, educational content, spiritual resources, graphics, templates, reports, or other digital materials.
Delivery methods and timelines will be provided where applicable.
Personalized digital products may require information supplied by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary to prepare the product.
Due to the nature of downloadable and personalized digital products, sales are final unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Digital products are intended for personal use unless commercial-use rights are specifically granted in writing.
Physical Products
Mindfulness & More Inc. may offer physical products including candles, calendars, journals, Angel and Oracle cards, spiritual and mindfulness products, gifts, accessories, tea, and other selected wellness or lifestyle products.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, ingredients or materials where applicable, shipping information, safety information, care instructions, return conditions, and other relevant terms may be provided at the time of purchase. Handmade, small-batch, printed, or naturally sourced products may vary slightly in colour, scent, texture, size, appearance, packaging, or other characteristics from photographs or examples shown.
Products must be used according to any instructions or safety information provided. Candles and other products involving flame or heat should never be left unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
Food or beverage products, including tea, will be sold and labelled in accordance with applicable requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before consumption. No product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, and no specific health, wellness, spiritual, or other result is guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery
Where shipping is offered, estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
Mindfulness & More Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays, postal disruptions, customs delays, incorrect addresses supplied by the purchaser, or other delivery circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate when placing an order. Additional shipping, customs, duties, taxes, or other charges may apply where applicable.
